In order to deal with repeat offenders, Mr Johnson is also establishing a "two strikes and you're out" policy - serious breaches of the rules will result in permanent removal of free travel rights.

In the game of wall ball, after a player strikes the ball with their hand, it must bounce off of the ground exactly once and then hit the wall. If it bounces more than once, or hits the wall without bouncing, then the player is disqualified.
